TDI Mixed Gas CCR Diver
This is the intermediate level certification course for divers wishing to utilize a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) for mixed gas diving. The objective of the course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for mixed gas diving on the unit specific CCR, utilizing a mixed gas diluent containing 16 percent or greater oxygen, and to develop intermediate CCR diving skills appropriate to technical diving to a maximum depth of 60 metres / 200 feet.
Course Pre-requisite
At least 18 years old
TDI Air Diluent Decompression Procedures Diver or TDI Helitrox Diluent CCR Decompression Procedures Diver or equivalent
50 CCR Dives and 50 hours on the CCR unit

Knowledge Development with Written Exam
Dry Skills Development
Confined Water Skills Development
6 CCR Dives with a total runtime of 360 minutes down to 60m
Course Equipment
TDI approved CCR
Dive Computer with depth gauge and bottom timer
2 SMB or Liftbags
Spool or Reel of minimum 30m and 60m
2 Bailout Regulators with 1 first and second stage and pressure gauge as required
