Course or Trip Bookings:

1. The Booking Fee paid is non-refundable and considered as an administrative and/or material fee. Upon paying the Booking Fee for a course you will get the online materials available for your course(s).

2. The Course Fees paid is partially refundable up to 50%, within 21 days of your course or trip dates.

3. The Course Fees paid is non-refundable within 14 days of your course or trip dates. You may however re-schedule the course(s) dates - giving at least 10 days notice - should something unexpected occur.

4. Courses booked are non-transferable to other divers and are not exchangeable for other products (e.g. Dive Equipment or Dive Trips).

5. Trips booked are transferable to other divers but are not exchangeable for other products (e.g. Dive Equipment or Dive Courses).
