The pinnacle of technical diving on open circuit. SSI XR Hypoxic Trimix Diving Course provides the necessary knowledge, skills and procedures to safely dive up to 100m. During this course, you’ll be expected to handle up to 3 stage cylinders and perform multiple gas switches during the dive.

Course Pre-requisite

  • At least 18 years old

  • 100 Open Water Dives

  • 30 Dives deeper than 30 meters

  • 10 Dives deeper than 45 meters

  • 20 Dives requiring staged decompression

  • SSI Diver Stress & Rescue or equivalent

  • SSI XR Technical Extended Range or equivalent

Course Equipment

  • 3 Stage Cylinders and Regulators

  • Primary and Back-up Multi-Gas Computer or Bottom Timer

  • SMBs with Spool/Reel for appropriate depths

  • Back-up Mask
